The staple automatic KS is designed for the manufacture of office- and industrial staples as well as Hog-Rings. The machine is fully automatic from the wire coil to the finished glued or resin bonded staple strips in a given length.
Depending on the wire-diameter and the shape of staple up to 10 wires can be fed simultaneously, at production rates of up to 4000 staples per minute!
The infinitely variable speed adjustment ensures optimum efficiency in any range. Tungsten carbide tipped tools and a convenient lubrication system round out this very robust machine concept.
