The concrete fibres machine BF-100 is designed for manufacturing of concrete fibres in high volumes.

With a modern CNC control unit the system is suitable for the production of  fibre lengths between 30 up to 80mm, with wire diameter of 0,5-1,20mm and strength from 900- 2400 N/mm2 . Up to 100 wires can be fed simultaneously and manufactured to fibres.

Depending on wire diameter and quality this high volume machine can produce up to 850kgs of concrete fibres per hour.
